Federazione Italiana Mediatori Agenti d'Affari, the Italian Federation that represents Mediators and Estate Agents in Italy, we are able to offer professional assistance in each step of the way, from visiting a number of selected properties with the Client up to the signing of the completion document providing the following services as part of our contractual commitments.

• Selected property viewings
• Guidance in the property selection
• Representation of the Buyer in the price negotiation process
• Obtaining a tax file number “codice fiscale”
• Assistance in opening a bank account
• Guidance with arranging a mortgage if necessary
• Drafting and definition of the offer and preliminary contracts
• Selection of a Notary
• Liaison with the Notary up until completion

Fees
For the services mentioned above we charge a fee of 3% of the property price for professional assistance right up until completion on the property.
